Review and clean rebate schedule biweekly with Office ManagerReview GM Messenger daily for incentive and vehicle order changes
Publish and e-mail a one page incentive "cheat sheet" which simplifies major incentive offerings as often as necessary to Sales Managers
Monitor and advise managers of progress in objective based incentive programs
