January, 2005

A fourteen month sales incentive audit held in January 2005 by a General Motors audit team from Detroit results in only $2846.00 in chargebacks to Woburn Buick-Pontiac-GMC.  The low chargeback is a direct result of Charlie's involvement in incentive compliance.

 

May 2005

Charlie forms Sales Logistics with first account, Lowell Buick Pontiac GMC.  Over the next six months, five more dealerships recognize the benefits of having Charlie involved with incentive compliance or vehicle order management within their dealership.

 

November 2005

Charlie was presented with the Saint Sebastian Award by the Office of Youth Ministry of the Archdiocese of Boston.

 

June-July 2006

Customer cash, dealer cash, conquest cash, loyalty cash, bonus cash, down payment assistance, trade assistance, dealer cash adjustment, select unit dealer cash program, cap cost reduction, instant value certificates, private offer cash, direct mail, employee bonus cash.......ALL in this two month period!  General Motors incentives are often confusing and complex.    Charlie has been able to demonstrate and document a return on investment greater than his expense to each and every one of his accounts!

July 2008

A two year, 500 plus deal jacket sales incentive audit held by a GM Audit team at one of Charlie's client dealerships resulted in just two chargebacks due to non-compliance.  The net chargeback was less than $2000!

August 2008

Charlie introduces a Personal Auto Shopping service for retail consumers who desire a stress free, time and money saving purchase experience.

March 2011

A GM sales incentive audit at a client dealership resulted in only $2200 in charge backs.  The GM auditor said that this was the lowest charge back that she has ever processed!
